General Terms and Conditions

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of the contract for the use of the information services and resources provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD through the website globalagrosolution.com (www.globalagrosolution.com) ("General Terms") and governs the relationship between GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and each of the USERS accessing the information services and resources available through the specified website.

I. DEFINITIONS In the interpretation and application of these General Terms, the following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:

1.1. "Hyperlink" is a link designated on a specific Internet page that allows automated redirection to another Internet page, informational resource, or object through standardized protocols.

1.2. "Malicious Actions" are actions or inactions that violate Internet etiquette or cause harm to individuals connected to the Internet or associated networks. This includes sending unsolicited emails (SPAM, JUNK MAIL), channel flooding (FLOOD), gaining unauthorized access to resources with others' rights and passwords, exploiting system vulnerabilities for personal gain or information acquisition (HACK), actions that could be classified as industrial espionage or sabotage, damaging or destroying systems or data arrays (CRACK), sending "Trojan horses" or initiating the installation of viruses or remote control systems, disrupting the normal operation of other INTERNET USERS and associated networks, or engaging in any actions that may qualify as a crime or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or other applicable laws.

1.3. "GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD" (hereinafter referred to as "GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD") is the commercial company registered in the Commercial Register with Unified Identification Code (EIK) 207011695, with its registered office and address of management: Sofia, Ovcha Kupel district, 13 Buzemska Street, Block 3, Entrance V, Floor 1, Apartment 45, phone: 0878 878 373, email: This email address is being protected from spambots. 1.4. "Internet page" is a part of the website, which may be integral or separate.

1.5. "Information System" is a device or a system of connected devices intended to store, transmit, or receive electronic documents.

1.6. "Unsolicited Commercial Messages" are commercial messages sent without prior request by the recipient.

1.7. "USER" is any person using the information services and resources provided through the website.

1.8. "USER CONTENT" is any text, file, image, internet page address, or other material that the USER makes available on the SERVER of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, including but not limited to comments and opinions regarding information resources located on the website, with the intention of making them accessible to all other USERS.

1.9. "Force Majeure" is an unforeseen, extraordinary circumstance at the time of the contract that objectively makes the provision of the Services impossible.

1.10. "SERVER" is a device or a system of connected devices on which system software is installed to perform tasks related to storing, processing, receiving, or transmitting information.

1.11. "Commercial Messages" are promotional or other messages that directly or indirectly present the goods, services, or reputation of a person engaged in commercial or craft activities or a regulated profession.

1.12. "Website" is a distinct location on the global Internet accessible through its unified address (URL) via the HTTP or HTTPS protocol, containing files, programs, text, sound, images, links, or other materials and resources.

1.13. "The Website" or "The website www.globalagrosolution.com" is the property of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, through which information services and resources described in these General Terms are provided to USERS.

1.14. "Services" are the services provided through the website.

1.15. "IP Address" is a unique identification number associated with a computer, internet page, or resource of the USER in a manner that allows their localization on the global Internet.

II. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD provides the USER with a complex of resources and services defined as freely available on the respective Internet pages of the website (the "Services") for personal use while strictly adhering to the requirements set forth in these General Terms, which include:

  1. Access to information resources, including textual and graphical materials, news, product information, partner data, and more, published on the website;

  2. Access to comments by other USERS regarding the content of the website, including specific published textual, graphical, and other materials;

  3. Services related to searching based on keywords and criteria provided by the USER and access to information resources available on the website;

  4. Other services that GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD develops and enriches. The services provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD through the website are services of the information society as defined by the Electronic Commerce Act, and specific services, their content, and the conditions for their provision are published on the respective Internet pages of the website.

2.2. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD provides free web access to all published and publicly accessible resources on the website for the personal use of the USER, without requiring prior registration, including:

  1. Textual, graphical, and other materials developed by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and/or its partners;

  2. Comments by USERS regarding the content of the website, as well as regarding specific published textual, graphical, and other materials;

  3. Services related to searching based on keywords and criteria provided by the USER and access to information resources available on the website;

  4. Other resources available to USERS.

2.3. When the option is available, the use of certain website services is only possible after prior USER identification through the use of a user profile created by the USER on platforms and/or social networks specified by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD. Such services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. The ability to post comments on the website regarding its content, including specific published textual, graphical, or other materials;

  2. The ability to share website content with friends, including specific published textual, graphical, or other materials;

  3. Other services provided to USERS after identification.

2.4. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD allows USERS to submit inquiries to GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD by filling out the provided form on the website and providing their name and a valid email address.

2.5. The provision of the services and access to the resources do not include the provision of computer equipment and connectivity for the transmission of information packets between the USER and the website, which are necessary for accessing the website's resources. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD is not responsible for any disruptions or technical problems that may affect the use of the services, resulting from the USER's exploitation of computer equipment (hardware or software issues, internet connectivity issues, etc.).

2.6. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right to change the technology, design, and type of services provided at any time without prior notice to the USER.

2.7. The services provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD are provided "as is," and GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD assumes no responsibility for any damages and missed benefits resulting from the use of the services or the inability to use them due to technical problems, maintenance, and more. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD is not obliged to meet specific or individual needs or requirements of the USERS.

2.8. As the services provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD are diverse and continuously expanded and modified to improve and enhance them, the number, characteristics, and mode of provision of the services may be changed at any time by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD.

III. SCOPE OF APPLICATION. AGREEMENT WITH THE GENERAL TERMS

3.1. These General Terms apply to the relationship with USERS who have identified themselves through any of the Internet platforms and/or social networks specified by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD. These General Terms also apply to the relationship with USERS who have not identified themselves through any of the Internet platforms and/or social networks specified by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD. However, their rights are limited to the use of the Services described in Section 2.2.

3.2. These General Terms do not apply to relationships between the USER and third parties with whom the USER has connected using the Services. These General Terms do not apply to services for which GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has separate rules or to the provision of paid services. The relationship between GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and USERS regarding the provision of these services is governed by a separate contract between the parties.

3.3. The text of these General Terms is accessible on the internet at the web address www.globalagrosolution.com in a way that allows for storage and reproduction. An electronic link to the web page containing the text of these General Terms is placed on every web page of the website. By using the information Services and resources of the website, including by opening a web page on the website, and by clicking on an electronic link on the home page or any other web page on the website, the USER electronically makes a declaration as defined by the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act. With this declaration, the USER confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms, agrees to them, and commits to complying with them. If the USER does not agree with any of the requirements outlined in these General Terms, they should not use the website or any of the Services.

3.4. To use the services mentioned in Section 2.3 of these General Terms, the USER must first identify themselves through any of the Internet platforms and/or social networks specified by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD by entering their username and password.

3.5. With the identification method described in Section 2.3, the USER gains access to all services offered by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD through the website. Certain USER data is transmitted directly and automatically to GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD from the USER's profile on the respective platform or social network. These may include, but are not limited to, the user's name and profile picture. With the identification method described in Section 2.3, the USER explicitly agrees to allow access to their data on the respective platform or social network and for this data to be provided to GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD.

3.6. The USER guarantees that the data provided when using the Services is accurate, complete, and correct, and in the event of changes, the USER will update this data in a timely manner. Representing oneself as another person or using pseudonyms is prohibited. In the case of providing incorrect data, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right to terminate or immediately suspend the provision of the Services without prior notice. In this case, the termination of the provision of the Services is considered an automatic termination of the agreement.

IV. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

4.1. The agreement between GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and the USER is concluded in the Bulgarian language and takes effect between the parties from the moment of mutual consent, as documented as described in Section III.

4.2. The agreement remains in effect until the USER ceases using the Services provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD through the website.

V. PAYMENT FOR PURCHASED GOODS AND SERVICES

5.1. When paying in cash on delivery, the USER is obligated to pay the full amount of the confirmed order when the courier from "Speedy" delivers the ordered goods.

5.2. For bank transfers (for international orders only), the USER shall pay an amount equal to the value of the requested goods plus the shipping costs according to the confirmed order into the bank account of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, as specified in the generated request. Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out only after the payment has been confirmed as received, and the bank account has been verified with the corresponding amount.

5.3. When using the virtual POS terminal on the seller's website, the USER shall pay an amount equal to the value of the requested goods according to the confirmed order using the virtual POS terminal. Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out only after the payment transaction has been confirmed. For international orders, this is through the Bulgarian Posts courier or for orders within the Republic of Bulgaria, it is through "Speedy."

VI. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS

6.1. In order to periodically supplement and modify the Services, improve and expand them, as well as in connection with possible legislative changes affecting them, the General Terms may be unilaterally amended by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD. This change may also occur with changes to the type, nature, or technology of the provided Services, as well as changes in economic conditions.

6.2. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD informs the USER of any changes made by publishing them on the website. The USER has the right to terminate the agreement within a 1-month period from the notification in the manner described above.

6.3. These General Terms, as well as any future changes to the General Terms, apply to registered USERS as of the date they come into effect. USERS have the option to reject the changes within the period under section 6.2 by sending a message to GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD stating that they reject the changes. If no statement rejecting the changes is received by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, it is considered that the USER is bound by them. The USER's declaration that they disagree with the changes to the General Terms will result in the automatic termination of the agreement between the USER and GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD for the use of the Services provided through the website. In this case, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right to immediately delete all USER content placed by the USER on its servers.

VІI. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

7.1. The USER shall provide their own client equipment (end-user devices for Internet access) and Internet access necessary for the use of the Services provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD.

7.2. The USER has the right to access the Services provided through the website for personal use, online, while adhering to the conditions and requirements for access specified by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD for each specific type of Service. In order to use the Services described in section 2.3, the USER must identify themselves by using a user profile previously created by the USER within the Internet platforms and/or social networks specified by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD.

7.3. The USER may access any content published on the website solely for personal use when using the website's normal functionality.

7.4. The USER undertakes not to access the content published on the website through any other technology or means different from the technologies and means provided by the website of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and implemented through the normal functionality of the website. The USER agrees not to use, copy, and distribute content published on the website for any commercial purposes.

7.5. The USER agrees to adhere to the terms defined by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD in relation to the specific characteristics of the Services regarding the type of service provision, as well as any other code of conduct adopted by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD intended to protect or improve the quality and reliability of the Services.

7.6. The USER has the right to post USER content in the form of comments on specific materials placed on the website while complying with the requirements of these General Terms.

7.7. When such an option is provided, the USER has the right, through a sharing function, to incorporate content, including USER content, published on the website, into their personal non-commercial websites. When using this feature, the USER is obligated to clearly indicate that the source of the content on the website is the website www.globalagrosolution.com and provide an electronic link to the website. When using this feature, the USER is not entitled to make any changes to the content, and should not use the sharing function for commercial purposes.

7.8. The USER agrees that when using the Services provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, they will not upload, offer for publication, place on the servers of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, or distribute, or otherwise make available to third parties USER content, as well as any other materials or electronic references to such content, which:

a) contradict Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, these General Terms, Internet ethics, generally accepted norms of morality and decency; b) are the subject of intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties, except with the consent of the right holder; c) represent a trade or professional secret or other confidential information, the disclosure of which is prohibited by contract, law, or an act of a competent state or municipal authority; d) contain information about third party passwords or access rights without the consent of their holder, as well as software for accessing such passwords or rights; e) contain personal data of third parties or other information protected by law, except when all applicable requirements for their protection, processing, and use are met; f) incite or contain violence against people or animals, humiliation of human dignity, threats to human life and physical integrity, threats to animals; g) depict disasters and other severe incidents or crimes, victims of disasters, incidents, or crimes; h) contain pornographic or explicit sexual content; i) represent or incite discrimination based on sex, race, nationality, ethnic origin, human genome, citizenship, origin, religion or belief, education, beliefs, political affiliation, personal or public status, disability, age, sexual orientation, marital status, property status, or any other signs; j) infringe the good name, honor, or dignity of third parties; k) incite violent change of the constitutional order, the commission of a crime, violence against the personality or the stirring of racial, national, ethnic, or religious enmity; l) contain information promoting or encouraging terrorism and any information related to terrorism; m) violate any property or other rights or legitimate interests of third parties; n) contain computer viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs designed to disrupt, disturb, or limit the operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD

8.1. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD shall take due care to provide the USER with the opportunity for normal use of the Services. However, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD does not guarantee that the information available on the website is complete, accurate, true, and free from errors.

8.2. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD is not obliged and does not have the objective ability to control how the USER uses the provided Services, and it is not responsible for USER CONTENT as well as the USER's activities related to the use of the Services. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD is not obliged to monitor the information stored on its servers or made available when providing the Services or to search for facts and circumstances indicating the commission of illegal activities by USERS through the use of the Services.

8.3. In accordance with the requirements of the current Bulgarian legislation, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD stores information materials and resources placed by the USER on GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD's servers and has the right to provide them to competent state authorities when necessary to preserve the rights, lawful interests, and security of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD or third parties. This is also applicable when requested by the respective competent authorities in accordance with the established procedure.

8.4. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD or a person authorized by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right to place electronic links, advertising banners, and other advertising forms for goods and services offered by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD or third parties on each of the pages of the website, as well as electronic links and advertising banners pointing to websites located outside the control of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD.

8.5. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right to send unsolicited commercial messages to the USER to provide information and advertisements about its products and/or Services, to make inquiries on various matters, to conduct surveys, and other such activities. By accepting these General Terms, the USER agrees to receive unsolicited commercial messages from GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD.

8.6. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right, but not the obligation, at its discretion and without sending a warning, to suspend or temporarily limit the USER's access to the Services, as well as to stop access and/or remove USER CONTENT when it violates the requirements provided in these General Terms, including in the case of a USER's failure to comply with the requirements stated in sections 7.8 or 7.9 above.

8.7. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD reserves the right to discontinue the provision of specific Services available through the website after sending a notice by publishing a message on the corresponding Internet pages on the website.

IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. Intellectual property rights over all elements of the website's content, including design, software programs, databases, text, images, graphics, sketches, and other information or elements, are protected by applicable Bulgarian legislation and are owned by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and/or the respective entity that has granted the right to use to GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and provided the relevant materials for publication, and cannot be used in violation of the law.

9.2. The USER's right to access the materials and resources on the website does not include the right to copy or reproduce information or to use protected objects of intellectual or industrial property, except for a small amount of information intended for personal use only, provided that such use does not harm the lawful interests of authors or other rights holders of intellectual or industrial property, and the copying or reproduction is done for non-commercial purposes. Regardless of the above, the USER is obliged not to remove inscriptions or other signs indicating copyright, trademark rights, designs, and any other inscriptions related to intellectual or industrial property rights from the materials that they have access to, whether the rights holder is GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD or a third party.

9.3. Any use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, etc., of any part or all of the content on the website outside the above cases is prohibited and will be prosecuted according to the law unless expressly consented to by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and/or its partners for the respective type of use.

9.4. The USER agrees not to circumvent, damage, or otherwise disrupt the normal operation of technical or software applications placed by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD on the website to prevent or restrict the use of the website's content in violation of these General Terms.

9.5. By placing any information material, resource, image, or other content on the website, the USER grants GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD the right to use it, record it, store it, reproduce it, publicly distribute it on the Internet, including providing access to an unlimited number of persons, allowing such access to be made from a place and time individually chosen by each of them, for the purposes of and in connection with the provision of the Services subject to these General Terms, without owing compensation for it and without territorial restrictions (worldwide). The right granted under the previous sentence includes the right of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD to use USER CONTENT for the purposes of promoting or advertising GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and the website in other media and/or in a modified form, including the right to sublicense the use of USER CONTENT to other media in connection with the development of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD's activities. The USER declares that they are the holder of copyright or other intellectual property rights or have the right to use the respective material as indicated in this section, including the right to sublicense the use of the respective material, having acquired this right legally, contractually, or on some other legal basis, and that the placement of this content on the website's pages and its use in accordance with these General Terms does not infringe the rights of third parties.

9.6. By placing any USER CONTENT on the website, the USER agrees and grants GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD the right to use graphic images, advertising formats, and other elements in the design of the website pages where USER CONTENT is displayed, at the discretion of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD. By placing any USER CONTENT on the website, the USER also agrees and grants all other USERS a non-exclusive right to access the published materials, the right to use and reproduce them in the manner provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD through the Services, without owing compensation for it and without territorial restrictions (worldwide). The right under this section is granted for the time that USER CONTENT is located on the server of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, as well as for a reasonable period after its removal or deletion. To avoid any doubt, the USER explicitly agrees that other USERS can use or reproduce their USER CONTENT on their personal websites by using sharing features when such features are expressly provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, and they can provide access to an unlimited number of individuals to their USER CONTENT from a location and time individually chosen by each of them for non-commercial purposes.

9.7. The USER is solely responsible for the legality of USER CONTENT that they publish or make available through the use of the Services, as well as for their actions related to its publication and the consequences of such publication.

9.8. If the USER believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed by another USER and wishes to report an established intellectual property rights violation related to USER CONTENT placed on the website, they should send a notice to the address or email address as mentioned in section 1.3. The notice of the alleged infringement must be in writing and must contain at least the following: a) A signature (including a qualified electronic signature) of the person or their authorized representative who claims that their rights have been violated. b) A power of attorney, if the notice is submitted by an attorney. c) Specific identification of USER CONTENT for which it is claimed that there is an infringement (in case of an infringement concerning multiple materials, an exhaustive list of all materials), as well as the exact URL allowing the identification of USER CONTENT. d) Sufficient information to enable GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD to contact the notifying party, such as full names, address, phone number, and email address (anonymous notices will not be considered). e) A statement by the person submitting the notice that they have a good faith belief that the use of USER CONTENT in the manner described is not authorized by the intellectual property rights holder, their representatives, or agents, or by law. f) A declaration that the information in the notice is accurate and that the notifying party is acting in their capacity as the rights holder, or their authorized representative, and accordingly, evidence confirming ownership of the rights.

GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, at its discretion, will take the actions indicated in these General Terms upon receiving the notice.

9.9. If the USER believes that access to USER CONTENT posted by them has been unreasonably restricted, they should send a written notice to GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD with the content and according to the procedure provided in section 9.8. Upon receiving the notice, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD forwards it to the USER who submitted the notice in section 9.8 and, at its discretion, takes the actions indicated in these General Terms.

10.1. In the event of copying or reproducing materials and resources outside of what is permissible under these General Terms, as well as in the case of any other infringement of intellectual property rights over GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD resources, the USER shall owe GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD a penalty in the amount of 2,000 (two thousand) Bulgarian Leva for each separate violation. The specified amount of the penalty does not deprive GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD of the right to claim compensation for larger damages exceeding the amount of the penalty.

10.2. The USER is obliged to indemnify GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and all third parties for all damages and lost profits incurred by them, including paid pecuniary penalties, legal fees, and other expenses due to claims made by and/or paid compensation to third parties in connection with USER CONTENT or other information and materials that the USER has made available to third parties or made accessible through the use of the Services provided by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD in violation of Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, these General Terms, or good manners, as well as in connection with other breaches of their obligations under these General Terms.

10.3. In addition to the above, the USER is obligated to compensate GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, as well as any third party, for the damages suffered in connection with the unlawful use of the Services by the USER or as a result of third parties using the Services to which the USER has provided their password in violation of these General Terms.

10.4. Parents exercising parental rights, guardians, or legal representatives of a minor are liable for all damages caused by the minor to GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and third parties when using the Services subject to these General Terms. They are also liable for all damages resulting from providing false information.

10.5. The obligations of individuals under this section IX continue to be effective after the termination of the agreement with the USER, including after the cessation of the operation and existence of the website itself or GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD.

10.6. GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD takes care to provide the USER with the opportunity to use the Services normally but has no obligation and does not guarantee that the freely provided Services will meet the USER's requirements or satisfy their specific or special needs, nor that they will be uninterrupted, timely, or secure. The parties agree that GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD is not responsible for the non-provision of some or all of the Services on the Website. The parties agree that GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD is not responsible for the non-provision of the Services or the provision of Services with reduced quality as a result of tests carried out by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD to check equipment, connections, networks, and other purposes, as well as tests aimed at improving or optimizing the provided Services. In these cases, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD shall notify the USER in advance of the possible temporary non-provision or reduced quality of the Services.

The agreement with the USER is considered automatically terminated from the date of deregistration.

11.2. If it receives claims from third parties that USER CONTENT published on the Website violates their intellectual property rights, as well as in the event that the USER violates the intellectual property rights of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to terminate access to such USER CONTENT until such a dispute is resolved by an act of a competent state authority. Upon receiving an order from competent state authorities regarding USER CONTENT, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right to stop access to such USER CONTENT without prior notice or to take other actions in accordance with the received order.

11.4. When it receives information that gives reasonable grounds to believe that the USER's behavior when using the Services could constitute a crime or an administrative offense, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD has the right, at its discretion, to inform the competent state authorities, providing them with the necessary assistance and all the necessary information and materials required in due course, which would help identify the perpetrator and prove the committed crime or administrative offense.

11.5. In the above cases, GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD is not responsible for any damages and lost profits incurred by the USER or third parties as a result of the termination, modification, or limitation of the Services, the termination of the agreement, or the provision of information or the execution of orders of competent state authorities.

GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD collects and uses the information referred to in point 12.1 for the purposes specified in these General Terms, namely for providing the Services, for the performance of GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD's obligations, for the exercise and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of USERS and GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD, for offering goods and/or new Services offered by GLOBAL AGRO SOLUTION LTD and third parties, for promotions, conducting surveys, inquiries, research, and promotional games, and for statistical purposes.

c) the information is requested by government authorities or officials authorized by the applicable legislation to request and collect such information in compliance with the legally established procedures;

14.7. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to new circumstances, will be resolved by the competent court in the city of Sofia under current Bulgarian legislation.
