Humic acids-Their structure includes a wide range of biologically active substances, protein 7-8%, fiber 12-13%, carbohydrates over 50%, minerals and essential elements important for cell growth and regeneration, such as N, P, K, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg and the rare element selenium (Se).

Humic acids are easily oxidized because of their organic composition, which gives them a negative charge. Thus, positive ions (cations) are attracted to these molecules and bind to them. Many of the nutrients such as Mg, Ca, Fe, etc., are positively charged. In the presence of humic acids, these nutrients bind to them and transport them to the root system. It, in turn, is negatively charged, ions bound as a result of their release by humic acids are absorbed by the root system. Without humic acids, many nutrients remain passive and practically stay around plants without being able to get into them.
